West Indies all-rounders Roston Chase, Romario Shepherd, and Jason Holder have made some of the most significant moves in the latest ICC bowling and all-rounder rankings, following their team’s success in a dominant home series against Bangladesh recently..

Chase, whose composed displays anchored the team’s 3-0 sweep, is now the third-best T20I all-rounder in the world, trailing only global giants Shakib Al Hasan and Mohammad Nabi. He climbed six spots up from ninth with 227 points in the most recent rankings, which were updated on Nov. 2.

The Barbadian star became one of the West Indies’ most dependable short-format performers. In the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh, Chase scored 67 runs in two innings, averaging 33.50, and picked up a wicket from his seven overs.

Teammates Shepherd and Holder also enjoyed ranking boosts after both men finished the Bangladesh series as joint leading wicket-takers with seven scalps apiece.

Shepherd remains the 11th-ranked all-rounder in T20Is, while Holder moved up one spot to 14th in that category.

However, the most progress was made in the bowling rankings, with the trio once again taking centre stage.

Holder climbed nine places to 23rd, Chase surged 13 spots to 38th, and Shepherd rose 10 places to 63rd. Left-arm spinner Akeal Hosein retains his spot as the second-ranked T20I bowler in the world, just behind Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan.

For Chase, Shepherd, and Holder, the latest rankings confirm their growing stature in international cricket.

There were also notable strides among the West Indies’ emerging batsmen, with Ackeem Auguste jumping a spectacular 102 spots to 83rd in T20s. In comparison, Alick Athanaze rose 32 spots to 84th, and Amir Jangoo climbed 27 places to 87th.

Chase also moved up 28 spots to 78th, with captain Shai Hope climbing two places up to 12th globally.

However, not all news was upwards as Rovman Powell fell four places to 34th, Brandon King dropped seven spots to 35th, and Sherfane Rutherford dropped five spots to 75th.
