SCORCÉSA made a compelling debut at New York Fashion Week this September with its Spring/Summer 2026 presentation that celebrates bold femininity, cultural pride, and 80s‑inspired glamour. The show stood out at NYFW, embodying resilience, vibrancy, and unapologetic femininity. It demonstrates the enduring strength of Haitian heritage in a modern narrative.
Moreover, it displays multifaceted women who inspired the designer’s family and close friends. The bold matriarchs, nurturing guardians, and fierce trailblazers that contribute as the primary inspiration, infusing the line with an electrifying 80s vibe that combines clean lines, classic elegance, and empowering modernity.
The collection blurs the boundaries between contemporary everyday wear and bridal ready-to-wear flair. It features precise tailoring, flowing silhouettes, a splash of menswear, and splashes of vibrancy that invoke powerful testaments to legacy and innovation. This presentation would not have been possible without the iconic Rhum Barbancourt, an heirloom treasured in Haitian households and the show’s official sponsor. Rhum Barbancourt’s involvement underscored the deep cultural ties and celebration of Haitian excellence throughout the launch.
SCORCÉSA is a bridal fashion brand catering to brides‑to‑be who seek timeless, elegant styles of exceptional quality for their special day. This bridal/ready-to-wear line focuses on modern, versatile pieces for the non-traditional bride. This approach often fuses Haitian cultural elements (vibrant colors, craftsmanship, textile heritage) with contemporary bridal aesthetics. SCORCÉSA has featured in Vogue, WWD, and Cosmopolitan, to name a few.

It was founded in 2020 by Charles Corvsky Dieujuste, a Haitian-born fashion designer based in New York. Dieujuste also serves as the brand’s creative director and has since dedicated his life to making women feel special during the most exciting day of their lives. He was born in Haiti and moved to the U.S. at age 9. He stated that his aunt’s work as a seamstress and his mother’s involvement in textiles sparked his early interest in fashion.
Dieujuste holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing and Management, and often describes himself as a “Pioneer & Bridal Enchantment” for his brand. During his interview with Caribbean Life Newspaper, Dieujuste said, “I could have been anything in the world, but I chose fashion.”
“This collection is about honoring where we come from while boldly stepping into what’s next,” said Dieujuste, reflecting on the interplay between heritage and innovation.
SCORCÉSA’s Spring/Summer 2026 presentation was not just a runway, it was a powerful narrative strike with pride, elegance, and the vibrant pulse of a new generation of fashion.
