In Thrive Fest 2022, Brooklyn Arts Council (BAC) in October gathers artists, financial advisors, funders and cultural entrepreneurs to exchange tools and strategies for financial thriving for creatives.
Presented with community partners COPE NYC and Brooklyn Style Foundation, BAC said Thrive Fest 2022 “cultivates a growth and diversification mindset by creating pipelines to power, opportunity and inspiration.”
BAC said programming includes a Meet the Grantmakers Roundtable with Open Society Foundations, New York Community Trust, Howard Gilman Foundation and a Keynote Chat with Imara Jones of TransLash.
Program also comprises Thrive Welcome-Lounge: Networking and viewing Miles Davis Collection exhibition, by VoodoFe; screening of BAC’s web-series, STYLE: Pathways in Cultural Entrepreneurship; and Thrive Talks: Resource Guides and Presentations.
Thrive Fest 2022 takes place on Oct. 27, 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
COPE NYC is located at 630 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn.
