Assistant Coach Roddy Estwick said it was critical West Indies urgently find solutions to the problems plaguing their One-Day International performance after slipping to another series defeat.
West Indies lost the two series against New Zealand.
“Just recently we were winning Test series, we were winning T20 series,” Estwick said. “We come here, with two down in the ODI series we were very, very disappointed but you try and lift the group. The key thing is not to allow the confidence to drain out of the group,” he added.
“We got to find a way to lift people, we got to find a way to have an open discussion and come up with solutions to move us forward,” Estwick said.
