Jamaican Pop sensation Conkarah has released the new single, “Every Day,” featuring Jamaican singer Romain Virgo and Polynesian vocalist and songwriter, Fiji.

Written by Conkarah and produced by three-time GRAMMY nominated production company Loud City (Sizzla, Vybz Kartel, Skip Marley), “Every Day” is an irresistible uplifting tune with a positive message of unity, resilience and gratitude.

I am very excited about this release, a collaboration with two of my favorite reggae artists, Fiji and Romain Virgo,” Conkarah said. “I love this musical connection of the pacific islands and Jamaica. This song is about love and positivity, being grateful for each day and cherishing moments with friends and family.”

Virgo said: With everything we have been through for the past two years and we are still here, fighting every obstacle, shows us that life and health are the most important things after all,” he said.

“If we could just put a little more love in how we treat each other and give thanks for every little blessing, it can only take us one step closer each day to the ultimate goal of seeing ourselves as one human family,” he added. “This song has such a powerful message and I’m honored to be a part of it.”

The release of “Every Day” follows the two-time, Diamond-certified global hit “Banana,” featuring GRAMMY® award-winning reggae singer/producer Shaggy, which has now surpassed over two billion global streams, the first Jamaican artist to accomplish this milestone in a short release period.

“Every Day” and other songs – including special guests such as Pedro Capó, Shaggy, Romain Virgo and Fiji — will be featured on Conkarah’s new EP, “Destination Unknown,” due out later this year via BMG.
