Don’t Pass the Peppa Sauce team led by this year’s Schneps Media/ Caribbean Life Impact Awards Honoree Jordana Persad will hold an event celebrating the end of Caribbean Heritage Month on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 8 p.m. at Duffy Square (Red Steps) in Times Square. This event comes fresh off the Caribbean Lens Film Festival and the American Black Film Festival for the web series pilot Dolla Van.
It will be a vibe says the Creator, Actress, Writer and Producer Persad. Join us for our Times Square Takeover on the TSX screen along with a photo 360 booth provided by Miggy Snapped. Let’s end Caribbean Heritage Month with a bang and great vibes.

The producer is encouraging patrons to come out with their flags, great vibes, love for the culture and be a part of its promotional video along with a jumbo screen video post.
“We will be shooting for about two to three hours (you don’t need to be there the whole time) and the team at Pitch Social @makerealplans, Island Pops Ice Cream and Eastern Queens Boxing Club will be out there in support along with some treats and giveaways,” said Persad.

According to the producer the team at Don’t Pass the Peppa Sauce (DPTPS) is driven by creating and fostering an environment of inclusion and opportunity for Caribbean creatives in the arts.

We have quite a few events coming up this summer, which are allowing us to create awareness about Caribbean culture, not just through stage/theatre but on different unique platforms, which is super exciting for us,” said Persad. Its summer and we are outside!
