Matthews jumps to 10th spot in ODI rankings

West Indies all-rounder Hayley Matthews has made gains in the latest ICC Women’s Rankings across all departments following her stunning all-round performance in the recently concluded series against Pakistan.
The West Indies’ all-rounder moves up to the 10th spot in the latest ICC Women’s One-Day International rankings for all-rounders after helping the Caribbean side to a 3-0 sweep against Pakistan recently.
The latest update that takes into account the last two ODIs between Pakistan and West Indies when Matthews had scores of 26 and 49 to go with a four-wicket haul in the second ODI as West Indies completed a clean sweep heading into the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifiers.
Finishing as second-highest run-scorer and in the series, Matthews also moved up four spots to 25th in rankings for batters and up three spots to 20th in bowlers.

Meanwhile, West Indies captain Stafanie Taylor’s brilliant innings of 102 not out in hhe final ODI helped her  jump two spots to 12th in the rankings for batters.
