Tap+Cork: Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest Returns

Brooklyn’s premier beer and wine fest returns this year at a new time and a new location.

Tap+Cork: Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest will host its seventh annual event on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Kings Theater in Brooklyn. More than 1,700 festival-goers are expected to descend upon the day -long event, which combines the experience of grand tastings with a block party atmosphere.

Beer and wine aficionados are invited to sip and sample their way through 60+ craft beer and artisanal wine selections while enjoying tasty treats and eats from local food vendors. Featured breweries and wineries include Sugar Hill Beer, Rhythm Brew, Dyckman Brewery, KCBC, Brooklyn Brewery, Owl’s Brew, Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer, Mouton Noir, Miolo Wines, Brown Estate Winery, 14 Hands Winery, Brooklyn Winery, and Taron Wines.The festivities have also expanded to include a limited number of small-batch spirits, including HH Bespoke Spirits, Kings County, Human Brands, and Cremas Absalon.

The day’s festivities will take place in King’s Theatre’s outdoor courtyard and inside its massive lobby. There will also be live musical performances and sounds provided by DJ CEO, DJ Christopher Sealey, Dot Ichiro, and special guests.

“It’s cool to see how what was once perceived as unusual here in Brooklyn has now become the norm,” said Tai Allen, creative director of Arts+Crafts & Tap+Cork. “I am excited to have this continued opportunity to present an event that offers up block party vibes while helping to support local hospitality businesses and commerce.”

Tap+Cork: Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest takes place Saturday, May 25, 2-8 pm at Kings Theater, located at 1027 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn, New York.

Tickets start at $43.85. General admission tickets include 15 sample tastings (additional sets of five tasting tix will be available) and a commemorative sampling cup. Specially priced Liquor Lounge tickets are $100 and include access to a curated “spirits box” along with general admission. Liquor Lounge ticket holders are gifted with the spirits box during final exits from the venue.
